Impact Perkins put up a decent outing Thursday with 13 points, but it wasn't enough to get past Georgetown and into the Big East semifinal. Perkins has been excellent since the start of 2026, averaging 15.6 points and 5.8 rebounds across 32.1 minutes per game. His scoring will be needed as the Wildcats enter the NCAA Tournament next week.

Impact Perkins dropped 17 points in Tuesday's win, his 10th consecutive game with at least 15 points. He has been incredibly consistent over that stretch too, making and attempting similar numbers of field goals in each contest. He didn't fill out the rest of the box score particularly well though as he grabbed three rebounds -- his fewest since Jan. 10 -- and failed to record an assist. Perkins has established himself as one of the premier scorers in the Big East since conference play began, and there's no reason to believe that won't continue throughout the rest of the season.
