Impact Jackson has averaged almost six minutes more per contest in a starting role this season, so his inclusion in the starting five could bring with it some additional value. That being said, Jackson has still produced more, on average, off the bench, so it's no guarantee he will deliver more Saturday.

The frontcourt minutes in 2020-21 were dominated by big men Ike Obiagu and Sandro Mamukelashvili, but Mamukelashvili has since gone pro, while Obiagu came off the bench in the exhibition. The minutes distribution between Obiago and Jackson will be something fantasy players will be monitoring closely in the early part of the season.

Impact The Missouri transfer was available to make his Pirates debut Sunday after the NCAA recently granted a blanket waiver to all players who changed schools during the offseason. With head coach Kevin Willard running a tight rotation in the closely-contested conference game, however, Jackson didn't have much of an opportunity to get his feet wet. Jackson could see his role expand a bit as the season rolls along, but since he averaged only 8.1 minutes per game with Missouri in 2019-20, don't expect a huge jump in playing time while he suits up for another high-major program.
