Lands at Charleston Johnson has committed to Charleston for the 2026-27 season, Jeff Goodman of Fieldof68.com reports.

Impact Johnson had been with Akron since the beginning of his college career, but he decided to enter the transfer portal upon receiving a fifth year of eligibility and will now join the Cougars. The 6-foot guard was a prolific scorer last season, averaging 19.7 points, 5.0 assists and 2.9 rebounds across 32.0 minutes per game while starting all 35 contests. He will now look to lead Charleston's backcourt and maintain his high-level scoring once again this season.
