Logs 12 minutes in return Torrence (toe) scored three points on 1-of-2 shooting from the floor while also recording a rebound and an assist in 12 minutes of action Sunday against Xavier.

Impact Torrence had missed the prior three games with injury but returned in a limited fashion Sunday as his 12 minutes on the court were his second-lowest total of the season. The sophomore guard was a starter for the first three games of the new campaign but came off the bench for the next two before picking up a toe issue. It doesn't seem like Torrence will re-enter the starting lineup any time soon but will be a nice rotational player for Steve Wojciechowski's team moving forward.

He said that there's no timetable for him to return to the court. Once he's healthy enough to play, it's unclear whether he'll start or come off the bench for the Golden Eagles.
