In COVID-19 protocols Wilbar is in health and safety protocols and will miss Sunday's game against Bradley, Jordan Majewski of SB Nation reports.
Impact Wilbar was one of three Indiana State players to be placed in health and safety protocols and will miss his second straight game. The 6-11 freshman has averaged just four points and 2.4 rebounds in 10.7 minutes per contest.
