BJ Davis - Big game off the bench Davis finished with 22 points (6-15 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 7-9 FT), 11 rebounds, six assists and four steals in 40 minutes during Saturday's 110-107 3OT win over Boise State.
Impact The guard was all over the place during San Diego State's close win. Davis has yet to start a game this year, but he is playing 22.2 minutes per contest and averaging 13.0 points, 3.4 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.3 steals.

Impact The junior was again efficient, just like he has been all year. Davis is scoring 12.6 points per contest and shooting 45.9 percent from the field, 97.1 percent from the free-throw line and 50.0 percent from three-point range. A starter a year ago, he seems to have found his role as the sixth man.

While his minutes have been a little up and down, he has logged at least 20 in four of his six contests this season. As the season goes on, the sophomore should be able to establish more consistency.

Impact The junior led the Aztecs in minutes and did a little bit of everything during a comfortable win. Byrd has started all eight games this season after playing a starting role last year as well, and while he's averaging fewer points this year (10.6 to 12.3), he is shooting at a more efficient clip: 44.1 to 38.1.
