Impact Johnson could've played against Canisius on Tuesday, Dec. 16, but the coaching staff decided to give him the game off. As such, it's not surprising to see Johnson back in the starting five for this one. He's averaging 3.1 points, 2.9 assists and 1.5 rebounds per game in 11 outings off the bench this season.

Impact Johnson, who spent the last three seasons with Charleston Southern, is joining Rhode Island. It will be the third school of his collegiate career. He started 24 games (29 appearances) for Charleston Southern last season, averaging 13.8 points, 2.0 rebounds and 4.5 assists in 35.1 minutes per game.
