Impact Godfrey was one field goal and rebound short of logging a double-double. Hunter Tyson may have turned pro, but Clemson's team had little problem immediately replacing him with redshirt senior Jack Clark. The sophomore does stand at least a decent chance to improve from his 2022-23 season though. It indicates Clemson's head coach Brad Brownell liked using Godfrey, who averaged almost 10 minutes across 33 of 34 games the team played.

Impact Godfrey is one of a handful of Clemson players that have been working through injuries in fall camp. It's unclear if it will end up costing him any games to start the season. Godfrey is expected to be primarily a bench player who shouldn't get a ton of minutes when the roster is fully healthy.
