RJ Godfrey - Seeks extra year from NCAA Godfrey sued the NCAA last week in a group lawsuit seeking a fifth year of eligibility, Chapel Fowler of The Columbia State reports.
Impact The former Clemson forward's suit centers on the NCAA's new 5 for 5 rule, which Fowler notes does not currently cover players whose eligibility ended in 2025-26. Godfrey's playing status for a future season depends on the outcome of the lawsuit. If successful, Clemson could regain an experienced frontcourt option with prior production for the program.

Zac Foster - Practicing again Foster (knee) is practicing again, according to Derrian Carter of The Greenville News.
Impact After tearing his right ACL in December, Foster did not play the 2025-26 Tigers' remaining season. Fortunately for him, back in March, he was "ahead of schedule" in terms of his recovery. Fast-forward to the summer, and it appears that Foster will be ready for his 2026-27 season, just under seven months after his ACL tear was first diagnosed.

Liutauras Lelevicius - Committing to Clemson Lelevicius has committed to Clemson, according to Jonathan Givony of DraftExpress.
Impact The 6-foot-8 forward is a physical player who can also be a menace from long range, and he made 38 percent of his threes with TCU in the 2025-26 season. He also averaged 8.0 points, 3.4 rebounds and 0.7 assists per game that season. Lelevicius has one year of NCAA eligibility remaining.

Dylan Faulkner - Lands at Clemson Faulkner will transfer to Clemson, the program announced.
Impact Faulkner spent his junior season at Samford after two years at Lipscomb. In 2025-26, he had a breakout year with the Bulldogs, averaging 17.2 points, 8.6 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.5 blocks. The 6-foot-9 forward will now join the Tigers for his senior season, and should provide immediate reinforcements to the frontcourt.
APRIL 17 • ROTOWIRE
Cole Certa - Commits to Clemson Certa has committed to Clemson, according to The Field of 68.
Impact Certa will transfer ACC teams, so acclimating to his new situation should not be as difficult. Clemson needed shooting, and he provides that with three-point prowess, backed up by 2.6 three-pointers made per game on 36.7 percent last season with Notre Dame. Even though Certa' field goal percentage can use some improvement, he still logged 12.8 points per game with last year's Fighting Irish.

RJ Godfrey - Puts up 15 points in loss Godfrey notched 15 points (6-10 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 3-5 FT), seven rebounds and three assists across 28 minutes during Friday's 67-61 loss to Iowa.
Impact Godfrey was one of two players who scored in double digits for Clemson in this NCAA Tournament exit, as they tried to mount a comeback but simply couldn't get the job done. As was the case all season long, Godfrey was one of the best and most reliable players for the Tigers. He led the team in scoring Saturday and finished the 2025-26 season with averages of 12.0 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game.
