Impact Council is expected to continue being a substitute now that the Razorbacks have Nick Smith, their top recruit from 2022, available again. Even so, Council's demotion should not prevent him from being a valued fantasy option. The junior's latest log indicates how well a scorer and rebounder he can be, whether he is a supplementary option or a primary one for Arkansas' bench unit.
