Will miss remainder of season Harward announced via Instagram that he will miss the remainder of the season due to a heart conditions, Jake Hatch of The Zone Sports Network reports.

Impact Coach Mark Pope announced last month that Harward would be out while he deals with cardiovascular issues. The heart condition has developed other complications unfortunately and he will not play basketball this season. It's unclear what Harward's future with the team will be given his condition.

Set to miss time Coach Mark Pope said Harward (knee) is dealing with cardiovascular issues and will be sidelined indefinitely, BYU broadcaster Greg Wrubell reports.

Impact Harward exited last week's exhibition contest with a knee injury, but he's apparently contending with more serious medical issues. It's unclear how long he's expected to be sidelined, though Pope said the big man "won't be able to play for awhile."

Impact Harward injured his knee five minutes into the game and while he returned to the bench before the end of the first half, he didn't play the rest of the game due to precautionary reasons. As things stand now, Harward should be questionable for the season opener against Cleveland State on Nov. 9.

Impact Harward apparently injured his wrist last game against Portland but it wasn't severe enough for him to miss any time. The 6-11 junior has picked up his play lately as he's averaging 10.7 points and 8.7 rebounds over his last three contests. Harward's size and experience will continue to give him an edge over opponents as his role should continue to expand in his first year with the Cougars.
