Impact Pettiford left the Dec. 20 loss to Purdue with an ankle injury, but was able to return in the non-conference closer on Monday. While he did not shoot well, the 6-1 sophomore was able to facilitate the offense. The Tigers open conference play at Georgia on Saturday. Pettiford averaged 13.0 points and 3.5 assists in the regular season sweep of the Bulldogs last season.
