Impact Aligbe re-posted a public announcement that said he will enter the NCAA's transfer portal. The junior, who was enrolled at Boston College before Seton Hall, has only one year of collegiate eligibility remaining.

Impact Aligbe bounced back after his first zero-point performance of the new year, dropping 15 points even in the blowout loss to UConn. Impact Aligbe has been pushed out of the starting lineup in two of the Pirates' last three games, but he made sure to contribute heavily even off the bench in the overtime win over DePaul. The junior forward racked up an impressive 16 points, his second best of the campaign, and a season-high three steals. Whether he ends up back in the starting lineup moving forward or not, he should be relied on to keep Seton Hall competitive in tough conference matchups moving forward.

Impact Aligbe will return to the starting unit after coming off the bench last game. He's only played a combined eight minutes over the last two games and has played under 20 in six of his last seven games. He's struggled to get going from the field thus far, shooting just 37.7 percent and averaging 4,8 points per contest.

Impact Aligbe started out the season pretty quietly, averaging just 4.4 points and 3.9 rebounds heading into the matchup against NJIT. A switch must have flipped, though, for the junior forward as he popped out a season-high 19 points and tied his season-high of eight rebounds in the 11-point win. His involvement on the scoring front could now be heightened as the Pirates take on Oklahoma State on Sunday.

Impact Aligbe managed to lock down a starting role after transferring from Boston College, but the production has been quiet, especially of late.
