Impact Fallah tore his injured knee's ACL, its injury bad enough that his 2025-26 season and collegiate career has come to an abrupt end. He began his career at Southern Utah and worked his way up, transferring to West Coast Conference college Oregon State before landing at Oklahoma State. It is with the Cowboys where Fallah logged his best rates, featuring career-highs of 14.7 points, 6.0 rebounds and 1.2 steals per game across 26 starts. He was the Cowboys' primary center pre-injury, meaning they will have to find a new option down low, with their most proven options being Andrija Vukovic and Ben Ahmed.

Oklahoma State head coach Steve Lutz was visibly shaken up in the post-game interviews after their leading rebounder was taken off the floor in a wheelchair, urging fans to keep Fallah in their prayers this week. Fallah's status will continue to be monitored as more news breaks on the extent of his injury.

Suffers possible knee injury Fallah went for a dunk in the closing seconds of Tuesday's game against West Virginia and sustained an apparent knee injury, Marshall Scott of Pistols Firing reports.

Impact Fallah went down after the dunk and was grabbing at his knee in serious pain. Per Eric Bailey of Tulsa World, Oklahoma State's medical staff brought out a wheelchair to get Fallah off of the playing surface, which indicates the injury could be severe. Look for an update on the senior forward's status in the coming days.
