Records double-double Tuesday Erhunmwunse contributed 14 points (7-9 FG), 10 rebounds, four blocks and one steal over 25 minutes during Tuesday's 87-81 loss to UConn.

Impact Erhunmwunse recorded his third double-double of the season Tuesday as he tied a season-high with 14 points on an efficient 7-9 from the field. He also grabbed 10 rebounds in his fourth consecutive game and for the seventh time this season. On the defensive end he added one steal and four blocks, his third straight contest with three or more blocked shots. The sophomore has been very productive this season and he's increased his production as of late, a promising sign heading into the final weeks of the regular season.

Impact Erhunmwunse put together a solid outing Tuesday, following up his first double-double in Saturday's loss. He grabbed eight board and scored eight points in just 19 minutes of action, a highly efficient outing from the sophomore. He also blocked three shots in his third consecutive game and has still not missed a shot from the field or the free throw line so far this season. He faces a more difficult matchup Friday at Colorado, but he has already proven to have a high floor so far in this young season.

Impact Erhunmwunse dropped just his second double-double of the year in the loss to the Bulldogs, capping off a solid freshman season. With the loss to Butler, the Friars will now have no hopes to make the NCAA Tournament. The 6-foot-10 first-year, though, finished off his season with 6.8 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.6 blocks on 20 minutes per game across 32 games (24 starts).

Impact While Providence may be far from a secure NCAA Tournament berth in coach Kim English's first season, Erhunmwunse has had a solid freshman campaign to build on. He's now started 14 consecutive conference games for the Friars, averaging 7.6 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.2 blocks over that span.
