Impact Head coach Mark Schmidt said Osunniyi will get some treatment and should hopefully be alright moving forward. More clarity on his status for Sunday's meeting against Canisius should come later in the week.

The 6-10 senior had briefly re-entered the game after coming back from the locker room but ultimately was held out for the rest of the game with the Bonnies running away with a victory. Osunniyi established his dominance in the paint, tying his career-high with seven blocks. It's unclear what exactly was bothering him but it's possible head coach mark Schmidt opted to hold him out for precautionary measures.

Impact This marks consecutive double-doubles for the center, who is coming alive, averaging a robust 14.0 points, 14.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 5.0 blocks in those two outings. He's usually called upon just for his defense and ability to rebound, but if he can maintain this offensive profile as well, pulling down six offensive boards for stick backs in consecutive outings, the Bonnies will be a dangerous team in the postseason.

Impact Osunniyi was coming off of a 25 point, eight rebound effort in the Bonnies' delayed season opener. Few teams in the Atlantic 10 can match Osunniyi's size, so if he can stay out of foul trouble, he looks well on his way to bettering last year's 10.8 ppg.
