Impact Given the opponent, the coaching staff likely opted to hold Disu out to make sure he's healthy when the schedule heats back up again. The Longhorns should be able to take care of business the rest of this month, regardless of Disu's status, so the big man should be allotted all the time he needs to get healthy.

Impact Allen and Tre Mitchell looked solid in the front court together, combining for 26 points and 15 boards. Texas has a very large rotation at the moment and likely will continue to do so when playing inferior opponents in non-conference play. Allen has started all three games and is averaging 12.0 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 2.7 assists.

Impact Mitchell got his first start of the season and made the most of it by leading his team in scoring.
