Impact Minor has now started the last 13 games for a Virginia team with NCAA Tournament aspirations, and over that span, he's put up a modest 6.8 points and 4.4 rebounds across 20.1 minutes. It's still a far cry from the 17.4 points and 9.4 rebounds he put up last season with Merrimack, but that's to be expected upon the transfer to a much slower-paced team in a power conference.

Impact There's no doubt Ryan is a secondary option to R.J. Davis in the UNC backcourt, but the senior guard has been turning it up of late. Over the last three games, Ryan is averaging 17.3 ppg and converting his outside shots at an impressive 51.9 percent. A lack of peripheral production may limit his fantasy ceiling, but UNC could work itself back in the conversation for a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament if Ryan's success from distance turns out to be sustainable.
