Impact Pack has scored at least 20 points just twice this season, and in fact, this was a huge bounce-back effort for him, as he hadn't scored in double digits since Nov. 27, when he posted 16 points in a win at UCF. Pack sits behind Norchad Omier and Isaiah Wong when it comes to the pecking order on offense, but he's still putting up decent numbers with 11.9 points, 2.6 assists and 2.5 rebounds per game on the season.

Impact Pack has started in each of Miami's six games this season and has looked impressive, registering double-digit points in four of those outings. This 23-point performance was a season-high mark for him, and he is averaging 12.5 points this season while shooting 42.6 percent from the field.

Impact Pack joined the Hurricanes after spending the first two years of his college career with Kansas State, and all signs point to him having a prominent role in the backcourt next to veteran point guard Isaiah Wong. Pack averaged 17.4 points per game during his sophomore year with the Wildcats.

Impact It's no surprise given Pack's previous stellar season at Kansas State, but he appears to have locked down a starting spot that includes the green light to shoot. He attempted the second-most field goals out of all Miami players, and even if it wasn't the most efficient shooting night, that expects to improve after he shot 43.6 percent from distance last year with the Wildcats. Pack does have to share a backcourt with another high-volume scorer in Isaiah Wong, but there should be more than enough room for both to feast, especially on lesser opponents (which was the case Sunday).

Kansas State has faded a bit away from the bubble down the stretch due to some injuries, but Pack has the firepower to lead his team to a couple wins in the Big 12 Tournament and make the committee's job a little tougher.
