Impact Boyd came to play, dropping an efficient 29 points and contributing on the glass and as a passer. He certainly wasn't the reason Wisconsin lost; the Badgers had a handful of other poor performances from players who'd come into the game red hot (John Blackwell, Braeden Carrington). As for Boyd, he's easily been Wisconsin's most consistent player this season, and for fantasy purposes, he has a very high floor given his consistent involvement in the Badgers' offense.

Impact It was supposed to be John Blackwell's team heading into the 2025-26 season, but it's been Boyd, not Blackwell, carrying most of the scoring load with a team and career-high 19.9 ppg average. He's been the guy the Badgers turn to when in need of a bucket, and he does most of it in the paint, either with quick transitions or by creating his own shot. Boyd and the Badgers have cruised to a four-game winning streak and 5-2 start to Big Ten play, with a road matchup against Penn State set for Thursday.
