Pryce Sandfort - Catches fire, stuns Illini Sandfort closed Saturday's 83-80 win over Illinois with 32 points (12-18 FG, 6-11 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one rebound, three assists and one steal over 33 minutes.
Impact Sandfort has quietly been one of the top scorers in the Big Ten, but he saved his best effort of the year for when the team needed it most, matching his season-high with six three-pointers in the resume-building victory. Don't look now, but Sandfort and the Cornhuskers are riding the nation's longest active with streak at 15, which has held up in tough matchups against Creighton, Wisconsin and Illinois to begin the month of December. A break in the schedule awaits before taking on North Dakota next Sunday.

Andrej Stojakovic - Scores 19 as Illini fall Stojakovic finished with 19 points (8-16 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 10 rebounds, one assist and one block over 27 minutes during Saturday's 83-80 loss to Nebraska.
Impact It was the first double-double of the season for Stojakovic, who also happened to be one of the few Illini players who could be turned to for consistent offense Saturday. He didn't get enough shots to fall to stave off the loss, but look for Stojakovic to continue being one of the team's top options.
