Fully recovered Udeze (shoulder) is fully recovered and has been deemed as "full go" per head coach Isaac Brown, according to Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.

Impact Udeze had missed time earlier in the preseason, but he's now recovered and ready to make an impact. He averaged 10.3 points and 4.7 rebounds per game in 2020-21.

Dealing with minor shoulder injury Udeze was held out of Tuesday night's scrimmage as a precaution after he tweaked his shoulder in a recent practice, Taylor Eldridge of The Wichita Eagle reports.

Impact Udeze's injury is not much to be concerned about. Head coach Isaac Brown said he expects the 6-8 junior to be back in time for the Texas Tech closed scrimmage Saturday.

Impact Udeze has started every game this season for the Shockers but has never seen more than 27 minutes on the court. The 6-8 forward often finds himself in foul trouble, plus the Shockers have strong depth in the frontcourt. Udeze has been heating up of late, however. After being shut down against Houston on Jan. 6, he's responded with 18 and 20 points in his last two games. HIs efforts have helped lift the Shockers to a 4-1 record in AAC play.
