Fletcher Loyer - Rather quiet as Boilermakers fall Loyer provided 11 points (3-6 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 3-3 FT), four rebounds, one assist and one steal across 32 minutes during Tuesday's 91-80 loss to Michigan.
Impact Loyer simply wasn't that involved as Purdue dropped a tough one at home to Michigan. He only attempted six shots from the field, his fewest since a Jan. 24 loss to Illinois. He did notch double-digit points for the fifth-straight game, matching his longest such stretch this season. It's also worth noting that while statistically, the senior shooting guard is having a very comparable season to 2025-2025, his shooting numbers are down a touch; he's posting 42/39/89 shooting splits as opposed to 47/44/88 last season.

Trey Kaufman-Renn - Huge day not enough Kaufman-Renn registered 27 points (12-26 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-3 FT) and 12 rebounds in 36 minutes during Tuesday's 91-80 loss to Michigan.
Impact Kaufman-Renn's 27 points were a season high as he went toe-to-toe with Michigan's elite big men, Aday Mara and Yaxel Lendeborg. At first, the Wolverines and particularly Mara owned the paint, but Kaufman-Renn was able to make up some ground as the game wore on and the Boilermakers inched closer. It ultimately wasn't enough for a win, and the forward's inefficient night certainly didn't help, but it was a valiant effort against what could be the best front court in the sport.

Elliot Cadeau - Effortless 17 in win Cadeau finished with 17 points (6-12 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 2-3 FT), four rebounds, seven assists, one block and one steal across 34 minutes during Tuesday's 91-80 victory over Purdue.
Impact Cadeau has been a fluent facilitator of Michigan's offense, but with how stacked the rest of this team is, he hardly needed to break a sweat on the road in Mackey. He led an extremely balanced Wolverines team in scoring, and canned another three triples -- Cadeau is shooting a career-best 40.4 percent from downtown this season.

Aday Mara - Dominates paint in Mackey Mara logged 10 points (4-6 FG, 2-3 FT), 11 rebounds, three assists and two blocks in 18 minutes before fouling out of Tuesday's 91-80 win over Purdue.
Impact Purdue boasts some impressive big men of its own, but Mara owned the paint in Michigan's resounding road victory over the Boilermakers. The 7-foot-3 center sure played like it, gobbling up 11 rebounds -- five of which came on the offensive end -- and swatting two shots, including an emphatic denial of Purdue star Trey Kaufman-Renn in the first half that was emblematic of his dominance. Mara has played at an extremely high level for the Wolverines.
