The 6-foot-10 center saw an uptick in output between his freshman to sophomore season, averaging 6.1 points and 4.6 rebounds on 15.4 minutes per game this past year. His size and athleticism should give him the chance to get meaningful playing time this season, but he'll have to compete with a solid room of centers at LSU.

Impact Nwoko played just 11 minutes despite the "start," which should be kept in mind. Still, he missed every shot from the field and pulled down just two boards despite his 6-foot-10 frame. He did have two assists and a steal, but Nwoko simply won't be able to impact the Bulldogs like they need him to if he picks up three fouls in 11 minutes.

Impact Nwoko hit all of his shots from the field while struggling from the line in a narrow win against Georgia. The sophomore has essentially been an every-game starter this season, although he only averages 15.9 minutes - don't expect him to stuff the stat sheet any time soon.

Impact Nwoko was completely erased from the game by Auburn. He's not a volume scorer by any means, but the 6-foot-10 center simply cannot pull down only three rebounds if the Bulldogs want to beat a team of Auburn's caliber. At his best, Nwoko is a double-double threat who takes smart, efficient shots around the rim. He'll need to find that groove once again.

Impact Nwoko has been a starter for all of four straight games this season, and it's been a slow start to the campaign for him. The center averages 5.7 points and 5.0 rebounds, shooting 53.3 percent from the floor. For a big man who's constantly around the basket, that number needs to be higher. Still, Nwoko played one of his better games of the season Friday against Butler, putting up 11 points and five boards. It was his first double-digit scoring outing of the season, something he'll look to build on.

Impact Following his first game started as a collegiate athlete, Nwoko never received that luxury again during Miami's 2023-24 season, which primarily featured Norchad Omier as the primary center. And with Omier having one more season of collegiate eligibility, Nwoko would likely be subject to another campaign as a reserve, assuming his aforementioned teammate re-enrolled at Miami. Rather than all that, Nwoko will consider transferring to see if a more favorable opportunity is available.
