Impact The Bulls may have two players hit 100 3-pointers this season with Pinion at 90 and Wes Enis at 88. The school record for 3-pointers is 97. The 6-5 senior has hit multiple treys in seven straight games. He is converting 39.1 percent from long range and is providing a career-high 14.5 points. The Bulls are off this weekend and play at Rice next Wednesday.

Impact Nelson had only posted one double-double in his previous five games. He has 17 double-doubles on the season and equaled his season high in rebounds on Thursday. He boosted his board averaged back to 10.0 per game. The Bulls hold a two-game lead in the American Conference with four games remaining. They head to Houston to play Rice next Wednesday.

Impact The American Conference torch may have been passed Thursday. Memphis is 3.5 games behind South Florida with four games remaining. Thedford has scored in double digits in four of his last six games, but never more than 13 points. The 6-4 sophomore has averaged 10.8 points and 5.2 rebounds over that span. The Tigers host UAB on Sunday. Thedford had six points and five rebounds in the Feb. 5 loss against the Blazers.

Impact Givens was listed as questionable, but the sophomore guard -- who's started the last three games for the Tigers -- is available and starting Thursday night in Tampa Bay. Givens averages 9.7 points, 1.8 rebounds and 2.2 assists.
