Transfers to College of Charleston Green has committed to College of Charleston, according to Jeff Goodman of The Field of 68.

Impact Green spent the 2025-26 season at Northwestern, but it seems he might be in line to have a bigger role in a new program. The 6-foot-6 sophomore averaged 4.3 points per game this past season with Northwestern, but his most productive season came with Holy Cross in 2024-25, averaging 14.9 points, 5.6 rebounds and 3.5 assists per contest.

Joins transfer portal Green has joined the NCAA's transfer portal, according to SB Nation.

Impact For the 2026 Big Ten tournament, none of Northwestern's three games includes Green. Prior to NW, Holy Cross logged him for a season. So in terms of Green's collegiate eligibility remaining, he has two years available.

Impact Green has started the past three games for the Wildcats, and while he was solid in his first two starts, notching nine points in each game to go along with a handful of rebounds and assists, he was held to just three points on 1-of-4 shooting in the win over Penn State. The sophomore hasn't offered much for Northwestern this season, in a starting role or otherwise.

Impact Green surpassed 20 minutes for just the second time this season as the Wildcats fell to Michigan State. The bench guard's minutes appear to be picking up, however, as he's averaged 20.5 minutes in his last four games as opposed to 11.5 in the 11 games before that. Still, he remains tough to count on from a fantasy perspective.

Impact Green's 13 points off the bench -- and his efficiency in doing so -- were huge in the Wildcats' win over South Carolina. The Holy Cross transfer had been largely quiet outside of a 16-point performance in the third game of the season, but Green's shooting has been a valuable commodity for the Wildcats and that should continue to be the case.
