Returning to Kentucky Moreno will withdraw from the NBA Draft and return to Kentucky for his sophomore season, per Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports.
Impact Moreno started 30 of 36 games for Kentucky as a freshman and averaged 7.8 points and 6.3 rebounds. The 7-foot center shot 58.2 percent from the field and 69.8 percent from the charity stripe. Somewhat unsurprisingly, he'll elect to return to school after receiving feedback from NBA talent evaluators. Moreno figures to hold down a starting role in Lexington in 2026-27 once again.
