Impact Bogavac made his first start of the season in place of shooting guard Seth Trimble, who is sidelined for the foreseeable future due to a broken arm. He ended up attempting five more shots than any other UNC player, which resulted in a season-best 19 points across a season-high 31 minutes. Assuming this role is here to stay, Bogavac -- whose eligibility for 2025-26 was uncertain up until the absolute last minute -- jumps immediately on to the fantasy radar for the undefeated Tar Heels. He'll look to carry this momentum into Friday's matchup against North Carolina Central.

Impact A new starter was going to be named for this game with Seth Trimble suffering a broken arm in a weight room accident. Bogavac was likely to start at some point down the line, but it looks like coach Hubert Davis will put the talented international player in the starting five for the third game of the season. He should be one of the biggest benefactors of Trimble being out.

Impact There were a lot of questions entering the season as to whether or not Bogavac was going to be deemed eligible by UNC to play. After missing the exhibition games, coach Hubert Davis got the good news that the Montenegro native was going to be eligible. It's huge news for the Tar Heels chances of competing in the ACC this season. He flashed in his 20 minutes off the bench and should continue to get better as the season goes on. Bogavac is expected to be a starter down the line and gives the team a dynamic playmaker at small forward.
