Michael Eley - Not in starting five Eley (undisclosed) isn't in Tulane's starting five ahead of the Green Wave's opener.
Impact Eley, the Siena transfer, has failed to crack Tulane's starting lineup early in the season. The guard brings some ability as a scorer, but needs to work on his efficiency. He still figures to be one of the first few players off the bench for the Green Wave.

Impact Woods is an unexpected addition to the Green Wave's starting lineup, winning the spot over projected starter Michael Eley. The 6-foot-3 junior appeared in 19 games last season, averaging 2.5 points and 0.6 rebounds on 6.5 minutes per game. Woods appears poised for a larger role in his second season with the team.
