Matar Diop - Plays six minutes Diop logged three points (1-2 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-2 FT), one rebound and one block across his six minutes during Nebraska's 84-52 win Monday against Lindenwood.

Impact Diop began playing college basketball Monday. However, him logging fewer than seven minutes then is not promising for his future output across Nebraska's 2023-24 season. Juwan Gary (suspension) and Blaise Keita (ankle) were both out Monday. Even though two non-freshmen of the Cornhuskers' frontcourt did not play, Diop recorded a minute tally too little to be promising unless they are affected by more unavailability.

Brice Williams - Solid in program debut Williams ended with 13 points (4-11 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 3-4 FT), one rebound, two assists and one block over 23 minutes during Monday's 84-52 win over Lindenwood.

Impact Williams converted 4-of-11 attempts from the field on route to a 13-point finish against Lindenwood. The 6-foot-7 junior from Charlotte put his scoring ability on display in his Nebraska debut, finishing as one-of-five Cornhuskers to reach double digits. Williams will look to improve upon his shooting numbers during Thursday's matchup with Florida A&M.

C.J. Wilcher - Scores 13 in opener Wilcher ended Monday's 84-52 victory over Lindenwood with 13 points (4-8 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 3-4 FT), one rebound, two assists and two blocks across 22 minutes.

Impact Wilcher, who took over the starting shooting guard spot for the Cornhuskers at the end of the 2022 season, was solid in Nebraska's season debut. The 6-foot-5 junior averaged eight points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.4 assists across 27.2 minutes per game in 2022 (24 starts), and he appears poised for a similar role in 2023.

Ramel Lloyd - Ruled out for opener Lloyd (knee) will not be available for Monday's game against Lindenwood, Robin Washut of Rivals.com reports.

Impact Lloyd has been able to do some non-contact work in practice but is still not fully cleared from a knee injury. The redshirt freshman is hoping to potentially crack the rotation this season, but this knee injury is making that task more difficult.
