Otega Oweh - Leads Cats with 24 points Oweh finished with 24 points (9-12 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 6-11 FT), eight rebounds and three assists over 38 minutes during Saturday's 85-77 win over Arkansas.

Impact Oweh has scored at least 20 points in his last three games and seven times in conference play. He equaled his best shooting and rebounding game of the season in the win over the Razorbacks. The 6-4 senior is providing 16.6 points and 4.5 rebounds. Kentucky takes on Oklahoma on Wednesday. Oweh averaged 27.5 points in a pair of wins over the Sooners last season.

Malachi Moreno - Scores 11, grabs seven boards Moreno registered 11 points (4-7 FG, 3-4 FT), seven rebounds, one assist and two blocks over 27 minutes during Saturday's 85-77 win over Arkansas.

Impact Moreno scored in double digits for the first time in five games and helped Kentucky beat coach John Calipari for the first time since he left the Wildcat sideline. Despite the gap in scoring, Moreno has averaged 8.0 rebounds in his last three games. The 7-0 freshman is putting up 8.5 points on 59.3 percent from the field and 6.5 rebounds.

In his last four games, the Wildcat senior has converted just 39.3 percent of his field goals and 20.0 percent from long range. He is making due on volume and free throw shooting. The Wildcats take on Arkansas and former Kentucky coach John Calipari on Saturday. Oweh was limited to 10 points and two rebounds in the loss to the Razorbacks last season.

Impact Dioubate has come off the bench for the last five games in relief of Andrija Jelavic. The 6-7 junior had not blocked more than three shots prior to Tuesday and is generally an afterthought in the Wildcat offense. Through eight conference games, the forward is averaging 5.6 points and 5.0 rebounds. Kentucky will look to start a new winning streak on Saturday at Arkansas. Dioubate scored 14 points in a win over the Wildcats last season.

Braydon Hawthorne - Slated to redshirt Hawthorne (calf) is expected to redshirt the 2025-26 season, Cameron Drummond of Kentucky.com reports.

Impact Hawthorne has been tending to a calf injury recently, but he was left off the team's official injury report Tuesday. However, the freshman will likely be unavailable, as the team intends to have Hawthorne redshirt. Of course, injuries could force him into action, but it's unlikely he'll see the floor at all this season.

Impact Jelavic has now started four games in a row for Big Blue, as he gives the Wildcats a bit more length than previous starter Mouhamed Dioubate. Over those four starts, the 6-11 sophomore has posted 6.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.0 blocks. The window is open for even more frontcourt minutes of late, as forward Kam Williams suffered a broken foot last week, and Jayden Quaintance is dealing with renewed knee swelling, which significantly jeopardizes the rest of his season as well.

Braydon Hawthorne - Dealing with calf problems Hawthorne is dealing with calf issues and is not expected to play Tuesday at Vanderbilt, Cole Parke of 247Sports.com reports.

Impact Hawthorne has yet to appear in a game this season, which looks to be due to health issues regarding his calf. Kentucky head coach Mark Pope spoke about the idea of redshirting the freshman forward, but this idea was squashed as he believes Hawthorne could be a contributor later in the season. Still, it's unknown when or if Hawthorne will be back to 100 percent.

Jayden Quaintance - Out indefinitely Quaintance is out indefinitely with swelling in his knee, Tyler Thompson of On3.com reports.

Impact Quaintance has missed the last five games for the Wildcats, and he'll now be sidelined for even longer as he works back from knee issues. The sophomore big man's return timeline remains unknown, but he should be inactive at least until February. He's appeared in just four games this season, averaging five points and five rebounds on 17 minutes per game.

The Wildcats have won five straight games to vault up the SEC standings. They head to Vanderbilt for an interesting clash on Tuesday. Chandler had seven points and six rebounds in 15 minutes in a win over the Commodores last season.
