Remains quiet in win Shinholster finished with two points (1-3 FG, 0-2 3Pt), three rebounds and two steals across 16 minutes during Tuesday's 61-44 victory over Oregon.

Impact Shinholster is the only bench player getting minutes for the Gophers at the moment, but that doesn't mean he's producing. The freshman averages 2.1 points, 1.3 rebounds and 1.2 assists, and Tuesday night was more of the same despite the Minnesota victory.

Afterthought in tough loss Shinholster chipped in two points (1-3 FG, 0-1 3Pt) and two rebounds in 19 minutes during Wednesday's 67-63 loss to Wisconsin.

Impact Minnesota was exceedingly banged up in the Kohl Center against Wisconsin, which allowed Shinholster to get more minutes than usual. Still, even with the Gophers' down several key pieces, Shinholster wasn't able to get anything going, offering just two points and two boards. The freshman guard isn't to be trusted from a fantasy perspective at the moment.

Held in check off the bench Shinholster ended Wednesday's 85-57 loss to Purdue with two points (1-4 FG, 0-1 3Pt), one rebound and one assist over 18 minutes.

Impact Shinholster's minutes have fluctuated significantly, but his 18 minutes in the loss to Purdue was his second-highest playing time on the season. Still, he only offered two points on 1-of-4 shooting, unable to make a true impact as Minnesota got lapped in the second half en route to a sound defeat. Ultimately, Shinholster isn't yet a regular contributor for the Gophers this season.

Impact This will be Shinholster's third absence in Minnesota's last four games. He's yet to log more than 15 minutes in a game this season, so his absence won't matter much from a fantasy perspective.
