Impact Shedrick had a very solid outing, but couldn't stay out of foul trouble in the Longhorns' loss to Arkansas. The center was efficient if not all that aggressive, and did good work on the glass with nine rebounds. He'll look to help Texas bounce back against Georgia on March 1.

Impact Since posting a dud Jan. 18 against Florida, Shedrick has gotten back into a bit of a rhythm, combining for 18 points and 17 rebounds over his last two games. He's also increased his scoring average and doubled his rebounding marks as a full-time starter in his second season with the Longhorns, continuing to provide a reliable option at center for coach Rodney Terry. In fact, Shedrick has now logged seven or more rebounds in eight of his last nine games.

Still, he's quieted off the past two games, logging a total of just 11 points. The big man contributes in other ways, namely as a rebounder and rim protector. He'll look to get back to averaging in double figures against a lighter upcoming slate for Texas.
