Out 6-8 weeks with knee issue Champagnie (knee) will miss 6-8 weeks, Jon Rothstein of CBS Sports reports.
Impact Champagnie suffered the injury in practice over the weekend. It is a massive lost for the Panthers, as the sophomore was averaging 17.8 points and 12.3 rebounds per contest. This should keep Champagnie out until at least February. Freshman William Jeffress, Noah Collier, and John Hugley will need to step up in the frontcourt while Champagnie is on the shelf.
