Will enter portal Buggs will enter the NCAA's transfer portal Tuesday, per Sam Kayser of LeagueRDY.
Impact Buggs will enter the transfer portal, seeking a new opportunity after spending the past six seasons with four different programs. The 6-foot-3 guard appeared in 26 games this past season for East Tennessee State including 24 starts, averaging 11.1 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.3 assists.

Impact Buggs will get his first start since Dec. 30, which was the last game he started before a shoulder injury that sidelined him for five games in a row. The guard will return to the starting five in place of an injured CJ Noland, and averages 7.3 points on 27.9 minutes per game this season.
