Efficient scorer off bench in win Stewart racked up 10 points (3-5 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 3-4 FT), two rebounds, one assist and one steal in 18 minutes during Friday's 71-63 victory over Texas.

Impact Stewart played off the bench for the first time this season against the Longhorns, but he still tied his second-highest point total of the season and recorded his highest-scoring day of the month. While the junior forward's status remains unknown moving forward, there's no doubt he'll continue to have a meaningful role with the team. He'll look to stay efficient this upcoming Tuesday versus Butler.

Out of starting five Stewart isn't in UConn's starting five for the Huskies' clash with Texas on Friday night, per Joe Arruda of the Hartford Courant.

Impact Stewart is replaced by Braylon Mullins, who is making his first career start. Stewart has been solid but hasn't exactly stuffed the stat sheet either, averaging 6.4 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.1 assists. Mullins, meanwhile, has flashed off the bench the last four games, including a 17-point showing against Kansas on Dec. 2.

Although Stewart has clearly established himself as a crucial part of the UConn starting five, he does not appear to have great value from a fantasy perspective given his low utilization on the offensive end.

Impact With Liam McNeely (ankle) out for his second-game straight with an injury that will keep him sidelined for at least a couple weeks, Stewart was bumped into the starting lineup for the outing versus the Wildcats. Although the Huskies didn't get the outcome they hoped for against Villanova, the sophomore forward put together a big game, tailing just Solo Ball in points scored and racking up two blocks. Stewart's performance should keep him in the starting lineup as long as McNeely is sidelined, which could be a hefty amount of games moving forward.
