Impact Keefe was able to play again before the 2023 Pac-12 Tournament begins Wednesday, when Stanford and Utah play each other. But because the senior has not played more than 15 minutes since 2022, he isn't expected to be a fulfilling option for fantasy managers who believe his playing time is due for an adequate surge.
