Could play Tuesday Burton (knee) has a chance to play Tuesday against UNC Willmington according to coach Jeff Capel, Craig Meyer of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

Impact Burton has been doing some non-contact work the last couple weeks in practice. The team will wait and see how he feels after practice on Monday and evaluate soreness and swelling if there is any. Even if Burton doesn't play Tuesday, a return seems like it is coming soon.

Impact Burton, a transfer from Texas Tech, might miss the first four non-conference games as a result of the recovery. He was never able to showcase his talent at Texas Tech, but there's no question this isn't the start he envisioned to his Pittsburgh career.
