Impact Wahlin finished just one point shy of matching his season-high scoring output, but the junior forward also made his presence felt on the glass by ending just two boards away from recording a double-double. Wahlin has been a regular starter this season and has delivered some solid performances here and there. However, his lack of consistency on a game-to-game basis has ultimately limited his impact overall.

Impact Wahlin has started 16 of 17 games for Clemson this year while serving as the primary power forward, but both his counting and efficiency stats have dropped nearly across the board compared to last season with Utah. That doesn't necessarily fall on Wahlin, however, as the team tempo is much slower compared to last year, and the Tigers spread the ball around considerably more. At the very least, Wahlin can at least say he's an everyday starter for a team riding a seven game winning streak that also happens to be off to a 4-0 start to league play.
