Joining Middle Tennessee State Carter has committed to Middle Tennessee State for the 2025-26 season.

Impact Carter spent the 2024-25 season at Penn State but was limited to 26 appearances off the bench and a mere 8.1 minutes per game as a freshman. He'll hope the change of programs can translate to a bigger role somewhere else.
