Impact Seven points on nine shots isn't going to cut it for a USC team that's struggled all season and needed all systems to be firing at full capacity -- and then some -- to knock off Michigan State. Cofie has been very streaky this season. He'll have a three-game stretch where he can't miss, and then go silent for a few games, and then turn into a dynamic scorer again, and so on and so forth. That's made him hard to trust from a fantasy perspective, and he'll need to find some consistency to help USC stay afloat in the Big Ten.

Impact Cofie notched his third double-double of the season and his first since Nov. 9. The forward played extremely well on offense, scoring 21 points on 12 shots while connecting on 75 percent of his attempts from the field. This was a good bounce-back outing for Cofie after he totaled six points across his last two games. Cofie has been largely boom-or-bust this season, but he'll look to build off this performance against UTSA on Wednesday, Dec. 17.

Impact Cofie has had a roller coaster of a season, production wise. Against Oregon on Tuesday night, however, he scored the most points he has since the opener when he dropped 23. Cofie shot 60 percent from the field and canned two three-pointers, an important facet of his game if the 6-foot-10 forward can use it consistently. Despite the relative inconsistency early in the year, it's clear the sophomore forward is taking strides in Los Angeles.

Impact Rothstein has praised Cofie's instincts and defensive reads. He is what the CBS Sports reporter calls an "under-the-radar transfer" considering his relative lack of statistical dominance compared to other USC players. Still, Virginia's 2024-25 team got 7.2 points and 4.6 rebounds per game out of a freshman Cofie. Both rates may increase if he is regularly part of USC's starting lineup, which Rothstein projects the sophomore to be.
