Impact McAndrew hadn't logged a double-digit scoring game since Jan. 11 heading into the matchup against Seton Hall, but he put it together in the win and logged 17 points. The freshman forward has been mostly supplementary help to higher-tier scorers in Creighton's offense especially in the latter half of the season. He has shown, however, that he can get the baskets going when needed, and this will most definitely be needed in the Bluejays' imminent tournament appearance.

Impact McAndrew did tie his second-best rebounding effort of the year with seven, but he wasn't able to get going on the offensive side of the ball yet again. The 6-foot-10 freshman has now scored more than five points in just one of his last five games, and his three-point percentage has gotten progressively worse as the year has gone on. He shouldn't have a problem returning back to his more efficient performances earlier this season, but he still has abilities to contribute in other ways if that doesn't happen.

NOVEMBER 11, 2024 • ROTOWIRE
Quality minutes in exhibition McAndrew had eight points (3-5 FG, 2-4 3Pt) and five rebounds in Saturday's exhibition win over Purdue.
Impact McAndrew is one of the highest rated recruits in school history and has already shown why he deserves more playing time. The 6-10 freshman is a knockdown shooter from the perimeter and also competed on the glass in just 14 minutes of action. Jasen Green and Mason Miller are likely to battle for the starting power forward spot out of the gate, but McAndrew has by far the most upside and would be a seamless fit to give Ryan Kalbrenner more space on the inside offensively.
