Impact Grant spent last season at Utah State following two years with Washington. He played in just five games for the Aggies in 2023-2024, and averaged just 5.8 minutes. That's been his role at both collegiate programs he's been a part of, and the forward hoping third time is the charm for him to crack the rotation at his next program.

Added to transfer portal Grant was added to the NCAA's transfer portal Wednesday, VerbalCommits.com reports.

Impact Grant did not redshirt Washington's 2022-23 season. During it, he averaged 6.0 minutes across 14 of 29 games the Huskies played from Nov. 13 to March 8. They still have Braxton Meah and Franck Kepnang as well. Expecting not to play much, the portal entry was an easy decision for Grant.

Impact Grant appeared in 25 games as a freshman, and the 6-10 center averaged 1.1 points and 1.5 rebounds across 6.6 minutes. This year, transfers Braxton Meah (Fresno State) and Franck Kepnang (Oregon) appear to have the center minutes locked down, so it makes sense for take a year off to work on his overall development.
