Impact Phillips began his career at Lafayette. As a junior, he averaged 13.9 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.3 assists. The 6-foot-4 guard will now take his talents to George Washington, where he figures to immediately factor in within the Revolutionaries' backcourt.

Impact Arrington will join the Revolutionaries following two seasons with NJIT. The 6-foot-11 big man averaged 3.9 points and 3.7 rebounds per game across 29 contests for the Highlanders this past season. He will retain two years of eligibility with GW moving forward.

Impact George Washington lacked a proven option at the power forward position with Luke Hunger and Garrett Johnson transferring schools and Tyrone Marshall out of collegiate eligibility. James was an everyday player for Georgia, and his 33 games (two starts) produced 4.5 points and 3.8 rebounds per game.
