His minutes, and consequently his production, have fluctuated significantly this season, but the past two games he's been a force on the glass, with the aforementioned 14 total rebounds as well as seven blocks. The 7-foot-5 center is a massive presence off the bench, and if he can give USC a handful of solid minutes around the rim off the bench each game, that will be crucial in the Trojans' push for an NCAA Tournament bid.

Impact Dynes had hardly been involved prior to Sunday against UC-Santa Cruz, averaging just 2.2 points across 8.1 minutes. The junior got his first career start in a USC uniform, however, and played very well. He was highly efficient from the field (80 percent) and was valuable as a defender with four swatted shots. It was only UC-Santa Cruz, but Dynes should continue to see his role increase if he can stack performances like this.
