Season-best outputCastleton had 23 points (11-13 FG, 1-4 FT), five rebounds and two blocks across 30 minutes in Wednesday's 91-72 victory over Florida.
ImpactCastleton has started each game this season for the Gators, but the Michigan transfer has often taken a backseat in offensive production and overall touches. With teammate Keyontae Johnson out for the rest of the year due to a heart issue, however, other Gators will have to step up to replace the 16.0 ppg he left behind. Castleton took more than triple the amount of shots Wednesday as any other game this season, and at least on this night, the junior was the one who answered the call.

Dealing with abdominal strainBrown will be out "for a while" due to an abdominal strain, Adam Sparks of The Tennessean reports.
ImpactBrown has been a key provider of post depth for the Commodores but has consistently dealt with injuries throughout his collegiate career. The latest issue stings for Vanderbilt heading into SEC play, as the team will have to place a greater reliance on Myles Stute, Dylan Disu and Quentin Millora-Brown in the frontcourt for the foreseeable future.
