Impact Otten was a regular starter for Idaho State in the last two years, starting in all but one of his 63 appearances and averaging 4.7 points with 3.8 boards per game as a sophomore. He should add depth to Arizona's frontcourt, but at first glance, he isn't expected to have tthe same starting role he had in his previous program.
