Masiah Gilyard - Goes for 16 points, eight boards Gilyard finished Monday's 91-76 loss to UC San Diego with 16 points (4-6 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 6-10 FT), eight rebounds and one block across 28 minutes.
Impact Gilyard broke out in a big way as the Owls dropped their second game in the last three. He played 11 scoreless minutes on Wednesday against Hofstra, so there was little reason to think the 6-3 guard would go off. Gilyard came into the game averaging 4.0 points and 4.8 rebounds. The Manhattan transfer provided 11.2 points and 7.3 rebounds in 2024-25, so he should be monitored.
