Heading to UC San Diego Tshimanga is transferring to UC San Diego, VerbalCommits.com reports.

Impact Tshimanga will stay in the state of California after moving on from UC Irvine where he averaged 3.4 points and 3.3 assists in 10.7 minutes over 25 games last season. The 7-foot center should carry three remaining years of collegiate eligibility after playing a total of 52 games through his first two seasons.
