Sits out exhibition Addae-Wusu (ankle) did not take the court in Wednesday's exhibition contest.
Impact This is hardly a surprise considering the sophomore guard had yet to practice as of a week ago, but Addae-Wusu still has 12 days to get right before the scheduled season opener against Mississippi Valley State. Uncertain for opening night Addae-Wusu (ankle) has yet to practice since undergoing ankle surgery this summer, Kevin Connelly of Fansided reports.
Impact Given the lack of practice time, coach Mike Anderson is uncertain if Addae-Wusu will be ready for opening night, which lands Nov. 9 against Mississippi Valley State. Should the second-year guard ultimately have to sit, the backcourt would still be in good hands with Posh Alexander, Stef Smtih and Montez Mathis at the helm.
